But it was Liszt who first understood the importance of earthly needs. LISZT WAS HIMSELF A PATRON – the performer of the works of his fellow composers, the author of arrangements, and the ORGANIZER and PERFORMER of charity concerts, allocating his fee to noble causes.
The Lithuanian F. Liszt Association “LiSZtuania” was founded in 2008. The goal of Mūza Rubackytė, a pianist, professor, world-renowned performer of F. Liszt’s work, is to spread and preserve the legacy of F. Liszt’s work in Lithuania. To implement these goals, the association cooperates with the Lithuanian National Philharmonic, the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater, and the Hungarian Embassy in Lithuania.

After paying the membership fee, you:
- contribute to the preservation and dissemination of F. Liszt’s ideas and work,
- will be the first to learn about “LiSZtuania” events and current events by mail,
- your name is published in the list of “LiSZtuania” members (only with your agreement),
- you will receive an invitation to attend special events organized by the association for free and discounts to concerts organized by our partners.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE – 30 €
- for students, pensioners: 20 €
- for member-sponsors: 50 € (or a higher amount of your choice)
